TOLEDO, OHIO — September 17, 2026 — The Toledo Cherokee Premier team opens the 2026–27 USPHL Premier season on the road Friday, September 25, against the Metro Jets in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Puck drop is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
The Metro Jets are a familiar opponent for the Cherokee organization. The two programs have a long history of competitive matchups, and this season opener figures to be no different.
The following night, Saturday, September 26, the Toledo Cherokee NCDC team makes history with its first-ever home game at Team Toledo Ice House against the Fort Wayne Spacemen. Puck drop is at 8:30 p.m.
